Ok wiki said the hero skill trainers in NF. I checked them and none of them has it... I need it badly for my perma sin but I have 8 in sunspear mastery. Does anyone know how I can get CoP?

Did you look under Mesmer skills or Sunspear skills. That's probably your problem, it is under Sunspear skills.

Anyway you need at least sunspear 1 to get it.

just take that and select cry of pain

Surprised nobody has actually said where to get it - the Hero trainers in Kamadan, the Sunspear Great Hall, and the Command Post are the only trainers that teach Sunspear skills.

But like was said, make sure to check under the Sunspear skills he teaches and not Mesmer skills.

You also need the following

He also teaches the new PvE-only Sunspear Skills, at the cost of a 1 Hero skill point. Those skills are not mixed with non-PvE-only skills, they have an own skill-category called Sunspear Skills.

So if you are level 8 sunspear and have no hero points then you can not learn the skill.

Edit: you can buy one for a 1 k investment if you wish. The trainer will tell you if you do not have the points and ask if you want to buy
